Sticky shoulders 2

Do your shoulders feel sticky all the time?

I’ve got just the thing to help you feel better right now.

Try this quick 5-minute routine and start feeling better instantly:

1. Cat/Cow: This targets the space between the shoulder blades and the upper back.

2. Thoracic rotations: These will help create increased mobility.

3. Thread the needle: This one is a great upper-body stretch that targets all the right spots.

4. Locust: This pose helps build strength while also helping to open up the shoulders.

5. One arm shoulder opener: This is great to stretch the front of the shoulders and the chest.

6. Neck stretches: Gentle neck stretches are great to help release stiffness in both the neck and the shoulders.

7. Goalpost arms: Bring both arms up and bend them to 90 degrees. Then slowly move them up and down. Repeat 8-10 times.

These exercises will work great to help your shoulders feel ah-mazing, especially after a long day. But to get lasting relief, you’re going to need an ongoing practice.
