I really enjoyed making this class for you. This is a slow, steady core-focused class that moves with lots of intention without losing intensity. It’ll be a challenge, but we’re working the core in many different ways. We’ll start on our back with a few classic core moves, but then we’ll move into a flow that relies on the stability of our core without doing traditional “core work.” This is about more than getting abs– it’s about learning how to trust our gut when we’re wobbly. Learning to listen to our intuition when we’re unsure. It’s slow and intentional so we have time to tap into the deeper strength of our core.
