As for March… this month is all about Inner Strength, so all of our classes will be about cultivating the strength we need NOT just for our yoga practice, but for all that life throws at us. The bonus is the strong core and steady mind you’ll end up with by the end of the month, but that’s really just the icing on the cake 😉
