    This was a great class! I woke up this morning to see a lot of snow on the ground and I was feeling pretty chilly. This was a great way to start my day. I feel warm enough to venture out of my bedroom now. I especially love the classes that work a little bit of everything into it.

    Loved it! Actually did it on my return from work: warmed me up again and turned the day’s buzz into a peaceful mind too. With Valentine’s Day coming what about an “I’m in love” emoji :D?

    What a great warm-up, both literally (given the climate, even here in the UK) and as a pre-warm-up for other classes. Especially liked the jumping up, hop switch thing- a first for me….go Erin! 🙂

    Compliments the PB Resolution strength training days really well! I usually miss my yoga on those days so a good compromise is one round of strength, one-minute plank, one-minute wall sit and a heat builduing yoga flow.
