
#TBT Week 18: Hip Openers & Fluid Flow
I don’t care how many years I’ve been doing yoga, I will ALWAYS be down for a hip opening class. They’re a never-fail, always-feels-good kinda thing and no matter how much you might feel obligated to vary your practice, these always do the trick.
