I loved this breakdown of Cobra vs. Updog, I wasn’t actually aware the thighs come off the mat in updog, so i’m glad I started off my day by learning something new. Thanks ERIN! <3

I loved this Erin! I thought I was a pro at Cobra & updog but you definitely taught me things I didn’t know (like the lower ribs part!) Can you please please please do pigeon pose?! It’s my favorite and I love learning new things about it!
    Thanks! Much love!

I would love to see the differences between pigeon and double pigeon in placement of upper thigh in relation to pelvis as well as angle of bend in knee while doing these poses.

Hi Erin! Thank you so much for this awesome video! I would like to ask if you would break down pigeon pose? For some reason I am definite I’m doing something wrong on it..

Finally got around to doing this one. It was very helpful! Although, admittedly, I’m a little overwhelmed at keeping track of those things now. 🙂 One suggestion I would make is next time you break this down is to go thru the transition from chatauranga to these 2 poses. I find myself thinking very hard about it when I do it, lol! Should my chest come all the way down or do I slide from chat. to updog? Or maybe it depends on how much intensity I want? Etc. etc. Loving poses with purposes, thanks!
