
Original Yoga Challenge Day 9: Yoga Balancing Flow
Hey everyone, and welcome back for Day 9 of the Original Yoga Challenge!
I’m pretty excited about today’s flow because balancing poses are some of my favorite go-to postures when I want to flow at home. This means that in today’s class we’ll be spending lots of time standing up and moving around to challenge our body’s balance and introduce some new poses into our repertoire 🙂
Over to you! How did it go?! Are you super wobbly or pretty still? I think it usually depends on the day for most people and that’s totally normal! Practice makes progress!

October 10, 2016 at 9:35 amEnjoyed the flow. My feet are very tired from yesterdays exercise so I found standing on one foot more challenging.than normal, but think it was good for my body overall. Thank you

October 12, 2016 at 6:31 pmI love balance poses so this was a fun class for me. I’m finding I have more balance on my right side than the left. I’ll need to build that power on the left side with more practice.
