Happy Monday 🙂 Hope you had a fabulous weekend! If you printed your calendar, you know that this month is all about Inner Strength, and finding it where we least expect it. The thing with finding inner strength though, is that you have to give it a chance to show up. Sometimes we stop our progress before it can show itself because we doubt that it’ll come. So, with today’s class, I want you to see if you can hang in there even when it gets a little tough. I’m not talking about pushing through legitimate pain, but when you’re a little shaky and your abs are twitching from the burn, see if you can stick it out.
