NEW FREE CLASS! 10-Minute Core Flow

Hey Bad Yogis!

Happy Monday πŸ™‚ Hope you had a fabulous weekend! If you printed your calendar, you know that this month is all about Inner Strength, and finding it where we least expect it. The thing with finding inner strength though, is that you have to give it a chance to show up. Sometimes we stop our progress before it can show itself because we doubt that it’ll come. So, with today’s class, I want you to see if you can hang in there even when it gets a little tough. I’m not talking about pushing through legitimate pain, but when you’re a little shaky and your abs are twitching from the burn, see if you can stick it out.

That’s where the progress happens πŸ˜‰

Are you ready? I am! Let’s do this!

Over to you! What did you think? Were you able to do more than you thought just by giving yourself the opporunity to try?

[Free ebook] Stop worrying whether you’re doing a pose right, or if you are doing something that will eventually require a few trips to the emergency room. πŸš‘

Great class! My abs are feeling the burn. I would love some yoga poses that work the lower abs (between belly button and hip creases) the bicycle crunches and the boat only seem to work my upper abs.

I love that expression that says that ‘Yoga has your back’ and that is what happened to me today. I was running late but really wanted to do yoga before heading off to work, I only had 10/15 minutes max to practice and BAM! this video dropped on my email.. Talk about perfect timing..

Thanks do much Erin for another great practice πŸ™‚ <3

I have never love exercise more!!! It’s always been in my mind that yoga would suit me…. But the…. Not not like that!… Breathe deeper!…. Chant…. Left toenail is slightly misaligned -Style of teaching makes me a petulant child, stamping and refusing to join in. Erin, your style of teaching communicates the the key points perfectly and the short classess are easy to fit into anyone’s day. I suffer from fibromyalgia and for the first time in years I take nothing for my pain (still there but easily bearable) I occasionally sleep more than 4 hours too. People keep asking if I’ve lost weight. I haven’t really 3-5 lbs but I’m standing taller and feel more toned. Thank you so much

WOO! My abs are on FIRE, what an amazing class! One thing though .. you lied! You said there would be no crunches and there totally were. πŸ˜‰ Thankfully they were my favorite kind — bicycle!

It’s a nice video, but I find it too pilatesy (is this even a word?!) =))
I do yoga in the morning, so I’m not really in a mood for abs workout πŸ˜› I guess I’ll have to get used to do this kind of workouts, it’s strength month after all. πŸ™‚
