    I have been sooo looking forward to this day and LOVE the calender!! So excited for this challenge! Literally perfect timing that it is a neck and shoulders class because this weekend I woke up with a very stiff neck! can’t wait to do it later! πŸ™‚

    Yay! So excited about this. So…I’m gonna be sort of a high maintenance reader right now and make a request. Is there any way you would be willing to send your Monday stuff earlier? Like 11 am France time? I think that makes it 5 am eastern U.S. time…at least until the clocks change…that’s when I get my exercise in and would love to have your stuff in time for Monday morning. If not, I get it, I can just bump days a bit…I just thought I’d at least ask. Thanks!

    I’m going to be pasting this calendar into my journal/planner as soon as I get home. (Well, maybe after I do the class. My shoulders and neck are my permanent problem spot.) My New Year’s resolution this year is to be more productive and organized in general… and since I’m making lists and calendars for everything else, it makes sense to have one for yoga too. So thanks for saving me the trouble of writing out my own. πŸ˜€ Score one for efficiency.

    I am very excited for this calendar. I run a photography business and spent last November and December planning out 2016 and didn’t think to plan in the yoga I like to do. But now having a calendar telling me what to do I will be able to add it in with all the other work stuff I have to do. Thanks Erin!!

    The video today was great! Just what I needed after my chiropractic appointment. I carry ALL of my tension in my neck and shoulders so this felt just right.
    Love having the calendar too! It will help keep me on track but not too routine with doing the same stuff over and over. I would love if future calendars included some My Yoga Pro classes! I always forget about My yoga Pro!!

      I love the suggestion about using My Yoga Pro classes! I’m always forgetting about it too! I think I’ll add in a class from MYP on Saturdays and take a few of the instructional pose videos on MYP to come up with a Freestyle Friday Flow. πŸ™‚ thanks for the great idea!

    Such a lovely stretchy restorative session, thanks Erin! I’m using this today before I start my daily singing practice, and my now-relaxed shoulder and neck muscles have a great impact on the singing! πŸ™‚

    Almost the end of February and I wanted to pop in and say how much I love the calendar! Not to be too corny, but it has really helped me reboot and get back into an exercise/yoga/me time rhythm. Awesome idea and I am looking forward to March!
