What we do know is that PB Resolution is not about losing weight, but going on a journey to discover all the amazing things your body can do. If you lose some weight (even 1lb)- that’s a great byproduct of the program. But the program is really more about what you gain.

If you stick to it until the end, awesome.

If you do it all and lose 0lbs, amazing.

It’s all about finding your own perfect body, whatever that may look like. Remember, the perfect body is the healthiest version of the body you already have. Namaste!
