In the vain of rejuvenating our practice this month, we’re also giving life to all other areas of our life (if you’re following the June calendar, you’ve probably seen some new things!). Our self image is one that we often overlook because it’s so easy to forget about. “Negative” self talk doesn’t always come in the form of blatant abuse, and sometimes it’s a lot trickier. It’s, “you’ve never had eyes like your sister anyway” or “you can’t possibly expect to be able to do X, can you?” You know what I mean? So we’re putting an end to that right here, right now.
This is a super fluid, flowing sequence with a built-in mantra to keep your self-image on track and soaring high.
