FREE Class! How to make basic yoga poses more challenging

I hope you had a wonderful weekend! It’s cloudy as I write you this morning from France, but I’m not mad about it– the lingering Floridian tendencies in me LOVE storms, rain, and cloudy weather, so anytime I wake up to gray skies, I’m a happy girl 🙂
Also, I’m officially back in the swing of my yoga practice + regular exercise and I’d been looking for ways to make the poses that show up regularly in my yoga practice a bit more challenging. Since so many of you have been practicing for a while, I thought you’d want to do the same.
So, if your regular yoga practice could use a little more challenge, this class is for you. Try these modifications to add some oomph to your next class and let me know how it goes!
