Day 12 Open Mat Challenge: Yoga to Loosen Up
I’m a big believer that sometimes, when you can feel the tension building throughout the body, that some good ole’ flowy movement is just what your body is asking for. This is a relatively high energy, all-levels flow to let go and let you loosen up a bit. Set aside your worries for the next 20 minutes and allow yourself to breathe and tap into your playful side a bit.
