Be Fearless for Halloween & Do Headstand With Me (Free Class!)

This brand new free yoga class is ALL about Headstand! We’ll do a quick warm-up just to prep the body for this powerful pose while conquering all the fears you have about it that usually hold you back.

I love love love Headstand because it always feels so empowering to get upside down. It feels like such a huge milestone once you finally do it!

I was debating doing a class with a play on “IT” the movie, but decided we’d go for eliminating fear rather than instilling fear, haha 😉

    Yep – I really enjoyed this class – I can’t get into headstand via this route (basket) yet, but I’ll keep trying! I need a pelvis class so that I can better get into down dog and, the first stage of headstand though – pretty please!

    Thank you so much for this class! I tried headstand twice without making it up and was going to quit. But I tried one last time and, while I wasn’t vertical for very long, I held it long enough to feel that balance point while upside down; it was so cool!!

    I loved this class Erin! I love when you do different things I don’t see in most other yoga classes! Can we please get a teeny bit longer classes (like 20-30 minutes long) so that I can feel nice and warm before I start my day? THANKS!
