April is all about Spring Cleaning and our first class will not disappoint. I wanted to go in a different direction for this detoxing class, and keep it relatively easy-going. Usually, when we think of “detox” classes, we think of working up a sweat and pushing pretty hard. In this case, I wanted to give our bodies the tools to detox without going so far overboard that we end up wearing ourselves out.
