1:1 or Small Group Training

The past few weeks have been really good for me. I’ve been feeling more like myself and making sure I have time for work and self-care. That includes actually working– filming, content creation, all that stuff– but also getting back into my gym routine, personal yoga practice, writing, and eating properly.

On one of my solo walks, I was answering some emails and questions on social media and so many of them were tough to answer because they’re highly specific to the individual. A lot of them were from PB Resolution members wanting to change up an exercise or two to better suit their bodies, some were from people inside Bad Yogi Studio wanting to know how to customize a schedule for themselves, and countless were about general alignment and form and what to do when.

I designed PB Resolution to give you a guide so you don’t have to think about what or when. But sometimes it’s nice to have a extra guidance, personalization, and 1:1 attention.

So I thought it would be amazing if I took on some private clients and do a customized training plan. I thought one-on-one would be great, but then also working with small groups too (maybe 3-4 people). I really love digging deep with people and I really miss teaching and training privately. I know this is inherently limiting, but I’d love to get back into it. These plans could include just strength training or a combination of strength training and yoga.

Initial thoughts:
* 1:1 plans would cost more than PBR because it would be fully customized to YOU.
* Small group training/plans would be more than PBR but less than 1:1.
* Each of these would be plans for several weeks.
* I’m thinking with this we might do weekly Skype check-ins for extra support too.

So this is clearly NOT for everyone and I know that. I’m just going to put it out there to gather interest so if and when I do decide to do this, I can reach out to you. Spots will be very limited for this because I obviously won’t be able to privately train 5,000 of you at once, lol.

If you’d want to know when I open spaces, drop your email below and I’ll keep you in the know as things progress with this idea 🙂

That sounds awesome! Maybe if the plan is 4 weeks (or less) it wouldn’t have to be more expensive than PBR? Just a thought 🙂

Hi! Just found out I’m expecting :)! Not sure if you would be ready to do this 1:1 in the next nine months, but if you are would you be willing/able to work on a pregnancy fitness and yoga plan?
