    As a Virgo, I tend to be overly critical and very hard on myself. (In fact, I’m working on learning self-compassion. This is not easy to learn!) But this class really helped me focus on letting go and on what I do well. Which is something I don’t think about often!

    I am a typical Virgo, I am sometimes so mean to myself! I never feel like I’m good enough because I set myself absolutely impossible standards! Of how I should be/look/feel/act. I even carry this over to my home and try to make everything inside my house ‘perfect’ to look at, to smell, everything. It’s exhausting and quite honestly relentless. Through yoga, Buddhism, the practise of mindfulness and self compassion I am slowly slowly finding love for myself. Erin you rock and this was exactly what I needed today! Namaste 🙏🏻
