I feel like I’ve done so many varieties of this class but it is one of the most highly requested classes.

 

So, whether you have to sit a lot at work, or for your commute, or whether you just have tight hips – this one is for you.

    That was so needed!! My suggestion for future classes is more that focus on shoulders and upper back. I hold so much tension there!
