Nervous feelings creep up on everyone, and it’s totally normal!
Now, I’ll put a little asterisk here and say that if you’re struggling from anxiety that prevents you from living a generally happy life, do not be too afraid to reach out and talk to a professional. You do not have to live in a state of constant anxiety, and there are many tools out there that can help in addition to yoga <3
Our class today is for those moments when you’re nervous, and life just overwhelms you. Maybe you’re unsure if you can handle whatever comes next. Whether it’s day-to-day nerves or anticipation of something specific, this is a great way to cope and will help clear your mind so you can take a step back and tackle what you need to without the negative feelings lingering in the background.
