Because we like to keep it (sorta) classy around here, we’ll call this Yoga for Better Digestion. If my friend was writing this email, she’d call it “Yoga for Better Poops.” haha!! But like I said: we’re all adults so that’s neither funny nor blog appropriate 😉 Yes, that’s what we’ll tell ourselves…

Whatever you call it, this class is fantastic for a pre- or post-meal practice, whenever you have a tummy ache, or just want a gentle yoga class to get you through the day. It’s a great one to have in your yoga class arsenal.

    I really liked when we twisted on back with our knees stacked. That little tweak of making making sure the knees were stacked after twisting made such a deeper stregth for me. Will be doing this video again!
