It’s #TBT and we’re bringing back an old favorite: Yoga for a Better Butt! Now let’s get one thing straight: yes, this class promises a “better” butt BUT that comes with a little caveat. Your butt is fabulous. It’s utterly perfect exactly as it is and you should NEVER EVER feel like you aren’t enough.

This class has a cheeky name but it’s just for fun. It’ll give you a great sequence for toning your bum and legs and you’ll definitely walk (hobble?) away feeling stronger 😉
