Better sleep is NOT that far away. I wanted you guys to have a class that would help you get a good, restful night’s sleep, so that’s what we’ll be doing today.
This is similar to some of the restorative classes we’ve done but with a heavier focus on calming the mind. Since our brains are what tend to keep us tossing and turning at night, I thought we could redirect our attention to settle down and find sleep.
