Original Yoga Challenge Day 3: Yoga for Better Posture

Today’s class is all about improving our posture, so we’ll focus on getting into some of those deeper muscles in the back so that we can stand a little taller and feel stronger overall.

You’ll feel so much better after this class, so get settled and we’ll go ahead and get started 🙂

Over to you! Are you a huncher or do you always sit up nice and tall? I’m guilty of hunching at my desk constantly! Thank goodness for yoga!

The Original Yoga challenge relaunch couldn’t come at more suitable for me. After finishing my Master’s finals in September I kinda went into relaxing mode, void of all learning and excersing. I enjoyed it, cause I really needed it. I also didn’t stop practising yoga during studying for my finals, cause it helped me to wind down and focus on something else. So I felt like I deserved a break.
However, right now I want to get back to my pre-September routine. And this challenge is exactly what I need. I already feel good after 3 days. I’m committing again.
Thanks, Erin! For bringing this back and helping me get back on track.

I enjoyed the flow today as well, particularly the one where I got to pretend I was flying in my living room while I had both arms outstretched and my feet off the floor.

Erin, you are a complete lifesaver. I did the Yoga challenge a few years ago, but got in a horrible car accident last year. Doing your videos every morning is what keeps me pain free throughout the day while I’m chasing my kids. Thank you so much!!!
