I know I constantly get questions about how to relieve tightness and tension in the upper back and through the neck, so today’s flow is focused on doing exactly that.

We’ll do a few things in today’s flow that you can refer back to any time you need a good stretch in that area. It’s like a yoga toolbox 🙂 It’s perfect because you can refer back to this one any time!
