Original Yoga Challenge Day 11: Restorative Yoga Flow

Day 11 is all about taking it down a notch for some restorative yoga…

Since so many of you LOVE restorative yoga, I think you’ll love this, too. Today’s flow is all lying down and is very quiet, very calming, and finishes with a nice long meditation. It’s pretty much all of my favorite things in one single class. I know a lot of you have a similar love of relaxing yoga sequences, so I’m betting lots of you will love this flow as much as I do 🙂

Over to you! Are you totally blissed out now? 😉 So tell me: do you find it easy to relax or is that a challenge in its own way?

Really enjoyed that after just waking up. Coffees hard to drink laying down though, ha! The big circles with the arm over head and around was nice and the bit of guided shavasana was right up my ally. When it’s silent it’s really hard to quiet the mind. Thanks Erin!

Today was a perfect day for this video. It was a quiet morning with a gentle rain pitter-pattering outside the window. I feel so relaxed and restored and ready to start the day.

Loved really having to slow down and relax; I normally have a hard time doing this. I enjoyed this after teaching at school all day. I’m excited for some more yoga flows and maybe some strengthening for the legs. Thank you so much.

Due to falling a little behind, I ended up doing Day 12 for wrists and then this restorative sequence. I feel so much better than I did a half hour ago! I forgot just how rejuvenating yoga can be…Thanks again for this awesome challenge, Erin!

I feel a day or two behind and have been catching up, and this class to start out my day is exactly what I needed. It has been a stressful week at work and I can’t thank you enough for helping me relax. I feel much better now.

Still loving the Challenge! It has been ages since I did something for 13 days in a row…thanks so much, Erin. It would be great if you did some yoga for tense neck and shoulders. But I do hope it won´t be the fish…. 😉

Hi, Erin! I am new to yoga and this has been very good for me…thank you!
I stand on my feet almost all day (teaching) and I am wondering if there is any practice for tension in the lower legs – – calves ankles, and feet.
The back work is excellent so far.
    Thanks again!
