Original Yoga Challenge Day 26: Yoga for the Office

Sure, I’m saying yoga for the “office” but this is really great for any place that’s cramped. So whether that’s an office, a train, a car, an airplane– anything– this class is full of options for you to do when you’re tight on space and still need a good stretch or yoga session.

    This flow felt so good! I spend most of my time staring at a computer and reminding myself that I shouldn’t hunch, but I end up with neck and shoulder pain anyways.
