Original Yoga Challenge Day 18: Non-Stop Head-to-Toe Yoga Flow

Today’s class is the counter-part to yesterday’s flow, and I know you’ll love it. It’s a full body sequence, but with a little more energy this time! We’ll pick up the pace just a little to add in some heat to our flow and build strength at the same time.

    To me, this flow felt nice and balanced between high energy and lower energy. I tend to be a very high energy sort of person at times – I like a lot of muscle-building sweaty exercise and often I wind up overdoing it, so this gave me some challenges but did not leave me feeling like a total klutz or hopelessly inflexible.
