Original Yoga Challenge Day 24: No Sweat Morning Yoga
Ahh, the perfect class to start your day is definitely a “no sweat” morning yoga flow.
To me, I absolutely hate waking up and knowing I have a bunch of chaturangas ahead of me. No thanks! I’d much prefer a slow, easy going, relaxing start to my day and that’s just what today’s class delivers.
You don’t need to expect any major sweat fest, just a feel good flow you can do any time and every day 🙂
Over to you! Do you love to sweat first thing in the morning, or do you prefer to take it easy?

October 24, 2016 at 11:36 amI wish I could do the sweaty ones, but I struggle with them because of my health issues, so most days these gentle ones work much better for me. Thank you for this!

November 3, 2016 at 7:47 pmI LOVE your classes, Erin, and this one is my favorite so far. I will definitely practice and teach it often. Thank you SO MUCH for your great style and attitude. I became a yoga teacher at 56 and I am not your average looking yoga teacher (5′ and 130 lbs) but I have students that respond to exactly that. I love a slow flow and gentle release, so please share more because I am always craving a new sequence!!

October 24, 2016 at 5:30 pmI like sweaty ones, but what I need more gentle ones. My strength is good, balance is getting better, but flexibility is lacking big time! When I am working harder (sweating) I find I don’t relax and stretch as much. Maybe it’s just b/c I’m new at this. Love what I am learning and the challenge new modalities! Thanks Erin!

October 25, 2016 at 9:49 amWhat do you suggest if one of your hips pop up while doing the pose on the video preview? (Knee crossed over leg while sitting?)

November 6, 2016 at 8:38 amI was on travel and so I kept the days I did not do the yoga to come back to them, this is one of them. I’m surprised that it has about 50% of what I already to do loosen up my back in the morning, your cues are fantastic and keep me in alingment. I love your videos, thank you so much for doing this!
