Original Yoga Challenge Day 20: Yoga for Getting Strong Shoulders

It seems like we all have this goal! Today’s class is about strengthening the shoulders, and that’s a good thing because in the next little while we’re gonna be trying Headstand!

I want you to have the tools you need to get into Headstand safely, and this class is the perfect way to prepare for it.

So, you ready?! Let’s go!

    Since I missed yesterday’s class did Day 19 & 20 – the twisting class moving into shoulder strengthener worked well for me. Little intimidated with tomorrow’s headstand! Will give it a go and do my best!

    Must be something about yesterday, my day was over before it begun somehow missed yesterday’s but made up for it today. I have the fear for tomorrow lol as I haven’t done a headstand in years but I’m up for a challenge. Thanks Erin this has been a great challenge so far.

    That was tough, I hope to get better with the plank, but its taking awhile, tomorrow looks very intense, I’m not very good with handstands lol thanks as always!
