Original Yoga Challenge Day 17: Full Body Slow Flow

Today’s class is something I always enjoy practicing and teaching: flows that cover a little of everything. The entire body is going to work in today’s flow but at a slow, steady pace that won’t leave you exhausted by the very end.

I’ll leave the rest for you to experience in real time, so whenever you’re ready, we can get started 🙂

    I admittedly skipped the last few days…But restarted today and am so happy I did. This was wonderful…loved the pacing as I am just getting back into yoga and feel the need to take more time in each asana (particularly down dog, to pedal out the heels multiple times.) Thanks Erin!

    This flow felt really good today! I ended up doing a lot of walking and I came back to my apartment sore and tired – now I feel better, thanks!

    I’ve been a big fan of Bad Yogi since I discovered it this summer, and I’ve been loving this 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Thank you so much for your hard work putting these classes together! I do have to admit that this class was not what I expected. I’ve taken some of your classes with a wonderfully slow, restorative pace, but this particular class flew through the poses so fast that I was stumbling over myself trying to keep pace! I’m definitely intimidated if tomorrow’s class is supposed to be even faster, but I’ll give it a shot.

    I closed my door so no good- intention gawking husband or sweet but overly needy kids would sense the 15 minutes I kept for myself today. Great tone in this flow today.

    I haven’t gotten Tuesday the 18th yet:( I even made sure today was Tuesday.
