Original Yoga Challenge Day 6: Yoga for Lower Back Pain
Today’s flow is all about taking care of the lower back. It’s super common to have lower back pain which is inconvenient… but the good news is that a lot of times it has a pretty easy fix. Usually we just need to stretch things out and move our bodies in ways we don’t think about throughout our day.
