Original Yoga Challenge Day 6: Yoga for Lower Back Pain

Today’s flow is all about taking care of the lower back. It’s super common to have lower back pain which is inconvenient… but the good news is that a lot of times it has a pretty easy fix. Usually we just need to stretch things out and move our bodies in ways we don’t think about throughout our day.

So if you find yourself with tightness or pain in the low back, this may be just the solution you need!

    This was great after the two ab days…great sequencing! I joined as a way to get myself back into a daily yoga practice and have been enjoying the challenge so far. Looking forward to working on crow pose tomorrow! Thank you for offering this free challenge 🙂

    Spinal twists are the best! I love how my body releases every microgram of tension when I’m doing them. Doing yoga each if these past 6 days has been beautiful..can’t believe it has been only these few days. Thank you for this amazing experience!

    Thank you for the cue on happy baby pose for putting my feet above my knees, I did not realize I had been doing it wrong before and now what a deeper stretch.. Thanks!

    This one feels so good! I´ve been doing those hip circles (or whatever you called them) since I did this class first three years ago 😉 They just feel amazing 😀
