Free Yoga Class The I AM Yoga Challenge

I AM Yoga Challenge Day 3: I am free

Today’s mantra is I am free.

Our flow is going to be super fluid and a little unconventional at times because I want you to remember: you are FREE. You usually know this in your life, but in our yoga practices we often get so bound by rules and what is “right” or “wrong.”

This class is here to let you feel. Just experience and explore.

Enjoy!

Over to you! Do you ever feel stuck in your practice because of what you’ve been taught is “correct”? What poses have you “broken the rules” during and learned it was actually awesome?

[Free ebook] Stop worrying whether you’re doing a pose right, or if you are doing something that will eventually require a few trips to the emergency room. 🚑

Thank you Erin for the calm session today.
I’m feeling very emotional as today is the first anniversary of my mum’s passing. I was her main carer for most of my life. I miss my mum terribly but not so much the stress although it is taking time to adjust!
I know that where ever she no is she is safe and I no longer have to worry about her.
So today’s mantra was so very apt…I Am Free…

That was really fun! Before I started practicing with you, the yoga I practiced was very much rule oriented. I have always appreciated your more open approach. I am free!

Super fun class! This is exactly why I joined Bad Yogi! In my profession, rules and regulations are a constant thing. I didn’t want to carry that into other areas of my life. Love how you have instructions to keep us safe and healthy, but that we can also be ourselves! #badyogisunite

I can not even believe how good it felt when we were draping from one side to the other walking in front of my legs how awesome that felt! I even said out loud that feels amazing. So of course my husband had to come see what I was doing and he watched the rest of the time hahaha. Okay with me. He also wants to know where you got that picture In the back on your wall. He wants one. Thank you again for the calming session, I am loving this challenge.

Just joined the Bad Yogi Club and can’t wait to get started on the “I am FREE” challenge. Honestly, before I found your original 30 day yoga challenge on YouTube, I never thought that Yoga was something I could do. What a misconception! You helped bring stability to my life Erin! I love your openness and adaptability. Anytime my friends say they want to start practicing yoga, I ALWAYS refer them to your videos.

Thanks, that felt great! You know this class reminded me of the Essentrics classes I used to take. Unfortunately no longer available on my island. Would love to get back to swaying yoga dance moves 🙂

I am pretty much a beginner to yoga (never set foot in actual class), so it all seems very “enlightened” to me – one of the reasons Bad Yogi seemed like the perfect fit! I loved this – especially the draping side to side. Thank you!

I loved it! It´s so boring to aling poses, it feels like you lose spirit of yoga, spirit of joy and freedom when you pay to much attention how to do it “right”.
