Original Yoga Challenge Day 19: Yoga Twists Flow

Today’s class is perfect for when you want a little detox OR if you could use some help with digestion. We’ll work the whole body from head to toe, and we’re adding twists which will add both a feel-good element and a bit more of a challenge depending on the part of the class 🙂

I love a good twist-focused flow, and I hope you love it, too!

    OMG….I was so tight thru some of these poses….I will surely return to this flow over and over I just loved it!
