Original Yoga Challenge Day 10: Yoga for the Side Body
So, who’s ready for Day 10 of this yoga challenge?!
Today’s class focus is a little different than usual because we’re focusing on the sides of the body. How often do you think about that area? Probably never! And that’s exactly why we’re paying it some much needed attention and getting into the muscles in the sides, around the ribs, and even under the arms.
Since it’s one of those super neglected areas of our bodies, it’ll feel AMAZING to show it some love 🙂
Over to you! How did it feel? Every time I do a class like this, it feels like I’m cleaning out cobwebs from my muscles, haha. SO MUCH TIGHTNESS that I didn’t even know existed! Am I the only one?!
