I AM Yoga Challenge Day 10: I am Complete

Today’s mantra is I am complete.

There’s no more appropriate mantra for the final day of our challenge than this one. Over the past 10 days, you’ve empowered yourself to come to fully understand how amazing you are and TRULY own it.

Now that you’ve practiced all the many mini mantras that remind you what makes you YOU, you can end this challenge with the ultimate mantra: I am complete. Because you ARE!

This class is a total body balanced flow that covers a little bit of everything. You’ll get a complete practice in this flow!

    I’ve been so enjoying this challenge, I’m a little sad it’s over. After moving across the country and starting a challenging job last year, I stopped practicing yoga even though I had been consistently for years in a studio I loved. My New Years resolution is to get back to a yoga, and this was the perfect way to get started. It’s humbling to realize how much flexibility and strength I lost from a year away, but I already can tell my hips are more open and my vinyasas more steady than they were on day one. Thanks for the kick-start to my new year, Erin!

    This one felt so great–especially the standing splits, which I had never tried before. I usually feel like I have very tight hips, but today I could really feel how much that has improved just from these past ten days. I used to have a fairly regular yoga practice in my teens, and I’ve struggled to fit in a practice since then. Now I think I really need to find a way to make it happen again. Thank you!

    Can’t believe the challenge is over… I’m really going to miss it; it was something I looked forward to during the past ten days, curious about the new mantra. But I’m glad they’re on youtube, so I can take some classes again if I want!

    Thank you so much for doing this for us over the last 10 days! My favorite day was I am Capable – I keep reminding myself that I deserve credit for just trying to get into some of the poses, even if I can’t quite do them. When I look back at where I was a year ago when I had begun this journey to where I am now the difference is amazing – I forget such things from day to day, especially over the holidays when I gave myself permission to enjoy the goodies that were so abundant, and I started to feel like a slob. It’s been good to find out that my muscles are still in there; I just can’t see them as well as I could.

    Thank you for this challenge, Erin! I’m even a little surprised I stayed with it all ten days. It’s shown me that I can get back into the habit of a daily yoga practice. Today’s flow was especially great; I really liked how you combined a few poses in a way I hadn’t seen before. Again, thank you!

    This flow was awesome and a nice way to work all of our bodies completely so it was very fitting that the mantra was I am Complete.
    Im kinda sad this challenge is over, I really enjoyed it and it was a great way to kick off the new year, Im considering doing this challenge at the start of every month cause it was a very relaxing way to start my day, and the mantras actually helped me a lot throughout my days, so i think they will make a nice reminder in case i forget them in the middle of stressful weeks. Thank you so much Erin, and i can’t wait for whatever else you bring our way.

    BTW, i forgot to mention that i loved the way you did all of your intro photos with the letters interlacing with your body and the pose you were doing that day. I thought it was a nice touch and as a graphic designer i really appreciate and enjoy seeing things like that.

    Day 10 of this challenge was my favorite. I wrote each days Mantra in my planner after I did the challenge. I love your positivity. Thank you for the challenges you share with us and encouraging us to believe in ourselves and our yoga practices. You have been making a difference in my life and my yoga practice for 4 years now.

    I have Enjoyed this journey so much! Day one I was a little nervous to try but I was excited, after I realized how it made me feel I was anxiously excited for the next day! I could not wait. I am so glad I took on this challenge for many reasons. I was held back a semester in Nursing school because of a measly less than 1% and I was having such a hard time with it… I was being so hard on myself and doing this I am challenge helped me realize; that I am all of these things that you taught us daily. I have used it numerous times when I was being hard on myself thinking I was a failure. I am not a failure in any way shape or form! My plans were just altered a little bit from what I had planned. Doing this Yoga program helped me love myself again and feel good in my mind body and spirit. I can’t thank you enough for what this has done for me! I love how I feel after the 10 days and I can’t wait to see what my next yoga adventure will be, and how my body already is feeling the changes in such a good and healthy way! Thank you again Erin, I can’t wait to see you next Monday for class. I hope you and everyone has an amazing day!

    Thank you so much for this challenge Erin. Even though I took the whole month to do the 10-day challenge, I loved it! All days made perfect sense related to which feelings I needed during January, I am capable on the day that I had to finish my theses and I am complete on the day I graduated and about to travel abroad. Now lots of time to start the original 30day challenge again!

    Dankje erin voor de gratis yoga motivaties.ben 59. En 103 kilo. Door u en de de vele yoga lessen ben ik een ander mens geworden. Kijk met veel plezier en een open ik de vidieo,s af en zoek nog technise verbeteringen bij u. Voor heen .door veel werken en stress ziek geworden. Door 5 keer per week al 4 jaar lang kan ik weer normaal functioneren. En door je pos en motiverende instelling ben ikzo ver gekomen..als je er geld voor wilt hebben moet ik helaas stoppen sorry. Ik wens je veel geluk en nog meer wijsheid Dankje Roger.
