Hey everyone! Can you believe we’re already ONE WHOLE WEEK into the Original Yoga Challenge?! The time on this is flying by!

As a mini-celebration for our first week in the books, I want us to tackle one of the most elusive poses in yoga: Crow Pose. We see it all the time in pictures on social media and in classes, but seeing it in pictures and knowing how to get there is totally different.

I’ll show you how its done in today’s class, so get ready 🙂 You’ll learn exactly how to master Crow Pose in this flow!
