    Needed of this today !

    Thank you Erin for this nice insights!
    I started my 200h YTT during while I felt pains (not discomfort) and saw people feeling pains too but kept going into their practice ignoring their bodies response .
    I think beginner as well as the more advance practicioners should learn more how to sync with their own bodied and listening more what they are trying to tell us while putting the estethism of the asanas aside.
