Time to Turn Up Playlist

Hey, friends!

This week’s playlist is a bit different, but it’ll definitely give you that TURN UP feeling! I was browsing for fun music to motivate me during my strength training and came across this one. It’s technically a SoulCycle playlist, but it works absolutely perfectly for other workouts too!

This one is also HOURS of music so you can skip songs as you wish without running out of music.

    Yoga with music is an amazing combination. It is believed that music relieves stress and I am a music lover so I prefer music while doing physical and mental practices like yoga and meditation.
