TBT: Yoga for After Your Run

I could be wrong, but it seems like half of this community are runners, another quarter are cyclists, there’s a handful of swimmers, and then many others are a mix of other interests.

Even though this class is “for runners,” it’s the perfect class to stretch out the hamstrings, quads, IT bands and the entire lower body. If you need a good stretch, this is for you.

    Woo! Going to need this soon! “Running” my first 5k this Saturday. It’s going to be humid and 90 degrees so I think my pace may not qualify as running, but I mean, yoga for after…I’m in

    This was good for me after being in the backcountry (Sierra National Park, CA) for four days. The foot and hip stretching was especially helpful. Now to find something for my tight back. 🙂
