#TBT Week 20: Yoga for Commuters
Today is dedicated to all of my commuters! I got lots of requests for a class to help those of you who spend a lot of time in the car, on the train or even on a bicycle! When we spend such a huge part of our day sitting (and stressing), it can really take a toll on our bodies.
Use this class to get a little stretch and strength in to your day’s routine!
