#TBT: Standing Core Strength Flow
A yoga “core” class without a single crunch? Sign me up!
I love this class because the core work is sneaky and effective while being a little non-traditional.
It also inspired the 30-minute No Crunch Core Flow in the store, so if you love this one, you’ll LOVE the longer version.
