This pose is good against a wall, away from a wall, with a block. It’s fantastic for any type of class you’re in.
Frog pose is such a good stretch on the inner thighs and can be modified in a lot of different ways.

Make sure you’re keeping those shoulders away from the ears in this one! It’s easy to power through and squeeze them close.
This one is great for any class! Whether it be yin, vinyasa, restorative, or anything else. Add a bolster for under your arms for a bit more support!
Did anyone else have the same thoughts as me when they first starting meditating?
This one is tricky, though it seems that it’s mainly about arm strength – the trick really lies in controlling the core.
Cobra is a nice, light back bend. Great for beginners!
