Not only does this one just feel good, it’s also might be easier than a traditional forward fold for pregnant women since we’re opening those legs a little wider.
This is another that stretches pretty much the entire body. A helpful tip, try and keep that front knee bent at a 90 degree angle!
This is one of those poses that works the entire body! The combination of a twist and balance makes this one a bit challenging, but I know you can do it! Give it a try!
This pose is typically used in meditation settings, but is also a great hip stretcher. The Lotus is a pretty prominent symbol within yoga. Don’t be too worried if those feet don’t reach all the way to the hip creases.
Does anyone else feel like their legs are super long in this one? If it’s too much to have that back knee lifted, you can always feel free to lower it to the mat!
It’s a mouthful to say, and a leg full to do. This one can be modified. Use props: blocks, blankets, etc. to ease into this one.
ahhh such an excellent hip opener. Gives a good stretch to the hips and that inner groin area. Try rocking from side to side for just a little bit more.
