#100poses
This pose is good against a wall, away from a wall, with a block. It’s fantastic for any type of class you’re in.
Frog pose is such a good stretch on the inner thighs and can be modified in a lot of different ways.
Arguably everyone’s favorite yoga pose
Warrior 2 is another common pose in yoga. Make sure you’re tracking that front knee towards the pinky toe and not letting it sink in towards the big toe 😉 .
This is a great pose for stretching the quadriceps and the psoas muscles!
This one is tricky, though it seems that it’s mainly about arm strength – the trick really lies in controlling the core.
Cobra is a nice, light back bend. Great for beginners!
This pose is great if that TFL or IT Band feel tight. I’ve found A LOT of yogi’s tend to be tighter in those areas
This pose is always a nice way to end a practice (other than savasana of course).
