
Side Squat or Skandasana Yoga Tutorial (FREE CLASS)
Side squat (or skandasana) is one of the more awkward poses we do in yoga. But once you get it, it’s SO wonderful! I’ve got a couple tips that’ll give you that “a-ha!” moment and make this one click.
It’s a short video that’ll ultimately help your practice feel more comfortable and more effective. Since I teach side squat SO often, I thought it would be super helpful to have a quick breakdown of how to make it better in your practice.
