I wanted to make this class for you because so many of you requested we had something a little more grounding and doesn’t take as much time.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or just need to just ground your energy, this is a great flow to do.

    This was wonderful! I was wondering if you had any restoration poses for a broken ankle? I broke mine a few months ago and I’m trying to ease back into yoga.

    That was really nice! I’ve been sick the last couple days and today I felt good enough to do some gentle yoga so that was perfect. Thank you!
