Q&A: What is the “perfect” body?

There’s a million ways to define what it means to be perfect, which is why the Perfect Body Yoga Program is redefining it to be all-inclusive: having the “perfect” body simply means the healthiest version of the body you already have.

It’s not about a certain measurement of your waist, or if your butt takes the same shape as your favorite fitness model, but more about how you FEEL living in your own skin.
