Q&A: Why do you keep falling off the wagon?

It’s challenging to stay on track with your yoga practice, and falling off the wagon happens to everyone. But the key to staying on the right path is actually right in front of you.

This is actually a HUGE reason for why we created PBYP the way we did, and I think that’s why so many people are finding success with it.

The truth is, I think there’s one main key to staying strong, and I’m tackling it in today’s Q&A.

    Best Q&A Wednesday I’ve seen in a while. (Not that any are ever bad) But this one really struck a note with me. I’ve been slacking off a lot with my yoga practice. I’ve fallen off the wagon as they say lol I want to get back on and be strong. Thanks for the awesome advice Erin!! Always amazing.

    Perfect for today! I’m disabled with several different autoimmune disorders & was recently diagnosed with another. I deal with chronic pain & fatigue EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’ve known for a while that I need to reach out & find a tribe & especially find someone or a few someones I can be close to, who share the struggles & the desires I do.
