Q&A: Are you working hard enough in yoga? (& your June calendar!)
This is one of those questions I think we’ve all had but were afraid to ask at some point or another. Yoga is supposed to be about just letting go and having no destination in mind, right? We’re not here for shallow goals or to stroke our ego, right?
Ehhh, it depends who you ask. I definitely think that having goals and benchmarks in your practice can be a good thing, but striking the balance between working too hard and not working hard enough can be a difficult one to find. Especially if you come from gym culture, any type of sport background, or you just have a competitive nature, this Q&A is super important for you to watch.
