PB21 is launching SOON
The Evolution of PBYP and PB Resolution lets you ‘Get it Done in 21’

Get excited, fam! I’m FINALLY ready to spill the tea on something I’ve been working on for what feels like YEARS…. oh wait, that’s just how all of 2020 feels. 

My latest program from the Perfect Body Program line is launching soon… and just like each of them, it plays off the mantra of ‘The Perfect Body is the healthiest version of the body you already have”. 

This program was inspired by the Community’s biggest wishes for a program. More ‘yoga-y’, less ‘strength-focused’ yoga. Strength training you can do at home. Intentional recovery days… a calendar to follow so you know exactly how to best execute this program… and as usual, I’ve folded all kinds of great little bonuses into the program. You’ll have to wait on those.
